Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time before departure through Manage Booking using your booking reference and the lead guest's surname. Alternatively, you may send a written cancellation request by email to reservations@cruisereservationsbooking.com. The cancellation is effective from the date and time we receive the request.

A new reservation may be cancelled without charge within four hours of confirmation, provided the departure is more than seven days away. In this case the full amount paid is refunded. The grace period is displayed at checkout and in your booking confirmation.

After the grace period, cancellations are subject to the refund tiers set out in our Refund Policy. The applicable percentage is determined by the number of whole days between the cancellation request and the departure date.

If the lead guest or the entire party fails to board without prior notice, the reservation is treated as a no-show and no refund is payable. Reducing the number of guests on a reservation is possible up to thirty days before departure and is governed by the Change & Exchange policy.

BAATE & SONS TRADING COMPANY reserves the right to cancel a sailing for reasons including vessel safety, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel for reasons other than force majeure, you may choose a full refund or a no-fare-difference transfer to another departure. Force majeure events include severe weather, port closures, strikes, pandemic restrictions, or governmental action that makes the sailing impossible or unsafe.

Approved refunds are normally processed within ten to fourteen working days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
