We act as the data controller for personal information collected when you browse voyages, make a reservation, or manage your booking. When you reserve a voyage we collect the lead guest's name, email address, telephone number, party size, chosen cabin tier, departure date, and any shore excursions selected. If you create an account we also store a hashed authentication identifier. We do not collect, store, or process payment card details on this site; payments are instructed through secure ACH or wire transfer instructions.

We use your information to perform the contract of carriage: confirming and amending your booking, provisioning the vessel, coordinating excursions with local operators, and communicating important changes about your sailing. We may also use your contact details to send booking-related reminders and, where you have consented, promotional offers about new itineraries.

Processing is necessary for the performance of your reservation contract, to comply with legal obligations (such as maritime record-keeping and tax reporting), and for our legitimate interests in operating a safe and efficient booking platform. Marketing communications are sent only on the basis of consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Reservation records are accessible only through our authenticated booking system. Excursion partners receive only the guest names and party size required to operate the experience you booked. We do not sell guest data to third parties and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Because we operate offices in the United States, Canada, Singapore, and India, your data may be processed by staff or service providers in these countries. We rely on standard contractual safeguards and appropriate technical measures whenever data crosses borders.

Booking records are retained for seven years after the date of sailing to meet accounting, tax, and maritime record-keeping obligations, then securely deleted. Marketing consent records are retained until you withdraw consent.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@cruisereservationsbooking.com. We will respond within thirty days and may request reasonable identity verification.

This site sets only the cookies required to keep your session and booking hold working while you browse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We protect your data using encrypted connections, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular backups. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we follow industry practices to reduce risk.
