Privacy Policy

When you reserve a voyage we record the lead guest's name, email address, telephone number, the number of guests travelling, the chosen cabin and departure date, and any shore excursions added to the reservation. We do not store card details on this site.

We use this information to perform the contract of carriage: to confirm and amend your booking, to provision the vessel, to arrange excursions with local operators, and to contact you about changes to your sailing. We do not sell guest data and we do not use it for advertising.

Reservation records are readable only through our booking system, and only when the booking reference and the lead guest's surname are supplied together. Excursion partners receive the guest names and party size necessary to run the experience you have booked, and nothing further.

Booking records are retained for seven years after the date of sailing to meet accounting and maritime record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to privacy@lhorizon.example and we will respond within thirty days.

This site sets only the cookies required to keep your session working while you book. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
