Change & Exchange

A reservation may be moved to any other departure of the same voyage more than thirty days out, at no administrative charge. Where the new departure carries a higher fare, the difference is payable; where it carries a lower fare, the difference is held as onboard credit.

Cabin tiers may be exchanged at any time subject to availability. Upgrades are charged at the difference in the current fare. Downgrades made more than sixty days out are refunded at the difference; inside sixty days the difference is issued as onboard credit.

The number of guests on a reservation may be adjusted up to thirty days before departure, subject to cabin capacity. Excursion bookings are re-priced automatically to the new party size.

The lead guest may transfer the reservation to another traveller up to fourteen days before departure by written request. A transfer fee of one hundred and fifty US dollars applies to cover manifest and port documentation.

Date moves, cabin exchanges and party changes can be made yourself in Manage Booking using your reference and surname. Name transfers must be requested by email.
